Lex provides affirming, collaborative therapy for neurodivergent adolescents and adults. She supports clients who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or pressured to hide parts of themselves. Lex values client feedback and tailors therapy to each person's needs, strengths, goals, and pace. Her work may draw from acceptance and commitment therapy, CBT, DBT skills, person-centered care, strengths-based work, and trauma-focused therapy. Lex is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate practicing under required clinical supervision.
