I begin by helping you understand your anxiety, thoughts, feelings, and sensations. Then, I help you learn ways to relax your mind and body.

By helping you make small changes to your environment, you’ll feel more in control and balanced. Depending on the severity of your anxiety, I may use a wide range of therapy modalities, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practice.
